The Deal
Starting with an amuse-bouche, diners will enjoy a four-course dining experience. Starters include a choice of either grilled fillet of mackerel or chicken liver parfait, followed by the chef’s sorbet of the day. Main courses include a diverse selection of fare to suit a variety of tastes, with slow cooked blade of beef or baked pave of salmon among the choices. A sweet finish to the occasion can arrive courtesy of a dessert such as warm chocolate brownie or strawberry and lime cheesecake.

Desserts: Vanilla crème brûleé with caramel ice cream
Warm chocolate brownie, dark chocolate sauce and raspberry sorbet

Fresh exotic fruit salad, homechurned sorbet
Hand cut chips and seasonal vegetables can be added for a £2.50 surcharge each.

The Merchant
The Oak Room Restaurant serves up delectable British and contemporary European cuisine from the Tudor-style confines of the four-star Nailcote Hall Hotel. Dating back tom the 1640s, the hotel retains an air of old-style grandeur with wooden beams in the dining rooms, and plush velvet on seats. Meanwhile, menus offer hearty platters on a la carte and set menus, while Sunday roasts feature meats from award-winning local butchers, Aubrey Allen.
