1 Hour Gyrocopter Experience with a 30 Minute Flight

Take to the skies on a Thrill-Seeking Gyrocopter Experience Flight just like 007 James Bond did in Little Nellie.

The experience begins with a video presentation covering the history and flying abilities of gyrocopters followed by a briefing conducted by the pilot on all safety aspects of the flight including take-off, in-flight and landing procedures. You'll be helped in the aircraft and kitted out with a flying suit, gloves and a helmet including a communication system. The flight takes approximately 30 minutes in the local area.

Gyrocopter Experiences are conducted by North West Gyro based at Barton Airfield, Manchester, M30 7SA. The flights take place between April and October every year. Please contact the office on tel: 0161 710 2410 to find out available dates and book your experience voucher prior to it's expiry date (Groupon vouchers expire 3 months after purchase).

• North West Gyro reserves the right to cancel any flight(s) due to poor weather conditions, aircraft technical issues or any other unforeseen circumstances. The flight cancellation reasons outlined above do not provide any justification for a voucher refund. The voucher holder must contact the office to re-schedule the experience.

Please be advised that mobile phones, cameras, GoPro's and any other video recording equipment with or without mounts / brackets / body harnesses are not permitted on board any aircraft operated by North West Gyro as they can put the safety and wellbeing of both, pilot and passenger at risk and compromise the performance of the aircraft.

Upon completion of the experience the recipient will receive a personalised Flight Certificate and have the opportunity to purchase their framed photograph.
