Groupon or show on the app on arrival for verification. 48-hour cancellation policy. Failure to cancel bookings that result in a no-show will mean the booking is lost, and no refund can be given. Each voucher holder must be an adult aged 18 or older. Children are permitted if aged between 10 and 14 years old. This is a lead walk alongside the alpacas only. Customers do not ride the alpacas at any stage. Must wear suitable clothing and shoes, no sandals or flip-flops. Strictly no dogs allowed. One alpaca allocated to every 2 people, one of whom must be an adult. During winter, the walks are open from Thursday to Saturday. From Spring (weather dependent), the walks are 7 days a week. Please check the website for more information and times. If buying a single voucher, the alpaca will still be shared with another guest during a busy period.
