Oxspines Osteopathy invites clients to attend a consultation at which a practitioner discusses their case history and performs a physical examination. After the 45-minute consultation, a further 30 minutes is given over to hands-on treatment, designed around the individual's particular needs.

What is osteopathy?
Osteopathy is based on theories of the relationship between the body's skeleton and its overall functioning. Treatments typically feature a range of gentle stretching, mobilising and manipulating techniques.
Who runs the centre?
Alison Lindenbaum has a special interest in areas such as chronic fatigue, and seeks to educate school children about the importance of good posture. Rupert Warne focuses on holistic approaches to wellbeing, and is also trained in sports massage therapy.
