No cancellations. In case of bad weather the experience will be rescheduled for the next available and suitable date. Please ring on the night before until 10pm and at 7am-7.30am on the morning of your tandem flight to make sure that the weather is okay to fly. Equipment included. Must wear warm clothing and gloves; rugged ankle footwear is recommended. Must be 8 or older; for more information on paragliding for children, young and vulnerable adults, please see https://www.paragliding.community/children- vulnerable-adults. Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult. Must fill and sign medical form. Under 60s in good health can sign the form themselves. Must be fit enough to be able to run a few steps over rough ground. Over 60s and those with health issues must have the medical form countersigned by a GP. Passengers suspected of being under the influence of any type of intoxicating drug, alcohol or solvent will be asked to leave the site. In this case, merchant will offer an alternative date, but passengers will have to make their own way to location. Pick-up at 7.30am-8am from Victoria, Paddington and Brighton train stations. Transport to location by Mercedes-Benz E-Class or VIANO Mercedes. Must sign waiver; the waiver must be signed by a parent or legal guardian for under 18s. Compulsory BHPA daily membership fee of £16 is required on the day. Sometimes it may take 2-3 bookings before the flight is possible, so it is essential to call. Sometimes the weather will vary during the day and the merchant may ask participants to come early or later on the day. Valid on option purchased only.
