Piloxercise is an Afro-Caribbean-inspired fitness fusion incorporating African and Caribbean rhythms with an up-tempo aerobic workout using body weighted and dance steps, that can also tone the body with exercises using dumbbells. The Afro-Caribbean experience will teach participants how to dance whilst exploring a variety of rhythms including afrobeat, soca, dancehall, reggaeton and merengue.
