Beginner riders can participate in a full-day CBT course, gaining the skills legally required to progress towards a full licence. Consisting of five key training elements, the CBT syllabus covers basic road rules, fundamental bike mechanics and the know-how needed to stay safe on the road. Starting at 8.00am and ending at 5.30pm, the day is split up into theory and practical exercises, the latter of which take place both at the training facility and out on the road.

Rebel Dogg Riders is run by a team of DVSA-qualified instructors who each have years of experience riding and instructing. Helping to spread the two-wheeled word across Essex, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire, the training company offers compulsory basic training for those just entering the fold, DSA courses to help riders progress to a larger machine and refresher courses for riders looking to return to the road. Scooters, motorcycles, helmets, gloves and jackets are provided, depending on which course students are taking, and instructors can stay in touch out on the road via in-ear radio contact.
