I have more than 20 years of experience with the guidance and consultation of adults and children in various life cycles: In crisis situations, important intersections, coping with loss, sexual assault, incest and many more. My therapeutic approach began in my personal experiences, learning while dealing with a rich and varied life experience. The development process as a therapist for physical psychotherapy included learning people, seeing and feeling their sensations and needs, helping and navigating together for a new way and improved quality of life. Throughout my experience and experience as a therapist, conducting workshops and lectures, I deepened my understanding of the mind-body connection and developed tools to help anyone willing to go through the process of healing and improving their quality of life by incorporating unique knowledge of the field of physical psychotherapy and massage. Through the body, it is a holistic experience, which brings about an overall improvement in all walks of life - both physical, cognitive and emotional. Sometimes a discourse or touch will give you an external perspective, enlightenment, or comment from an objective and experienced person.
