- Cancellation/Refund Policy: Customers have until 24 hours before departure to cancel their booking. Customers are not permitted to receive a refund from Groupon once a parking booking has been made. Cancellation requests must be made at least 72 hours prior to your travel date. Cancellation requests within this time are not covered by the cancellation cover and will incur a £10 fee. No refunds for any part stays/unused parking.
- Additional Information: All ''non-flex'', ''Saver'' and ''non-amendable'' products are non-refundable and will be clearly displayed prior to booking. Free cancellation cover, worth £2.49 for all eligible products. Those marked non-flex, non-amendable or saver are excluded. This allows for cancellation and amendments with no further administration costs. Must give 72 hours’ notice for cancellations and 24 hours’ notice for amendments. Free access to our Premium discount club once they have made the booking. This grants access to up to 35% off on all future bookings. Can add a lounge to the booking for a 10% discount per passenger during the checkout process.
