Yoga is a mind and body practice that involves movement, meditation, and breathing techniques to promote mental and physical well-being.
The teaching will be by professional, insured and registered teacher. Therefore, you will be learning from a knowledgeable, experienced, and qualified teacher.
Yoga mat & props are provided. We have two washroom, one of them is disabled-friendly and the path way to the hall is disabled-friendly. We have a kitchen to be utilised.
Chair can be provided, if anyone needs.
