Fitness fans can take advantage of the modern workout facilities at Spirit Health Club thanks to a one-day or two-week membership. Clients can tone, build general fitness or work on other training goals as they try out the cardio and resistance machines and free weights available on the gym floor. Customers can also take a dip in the indoor heated pool or relax in the steam room or sauna.
Choose from the following options for trial memberships:
£9 for one day for two people
£16 for one day for four people
£10 for two weeks for one person
£19 for two weeks for two people
£36 for two weeks for four people
The Merchant
Found within Holiday Inn Lancaster, Spirit Health Club offers visitors an array of fitness and spa facilities. Workouts can take place in the gym's cardio and weights room, or with a personal trainer to focus on specific goals. The club is also home to a 15-metre indoor pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and steam room, and offers a range of beauty treatments.
