The Deal
A consultation and assessment is carried out to ascertain individual requirements prior to a 30-minute sports massage at Square One Therapy. A therapist aims to relieve tension by targeting deep layers of tissue, such as muscles, ligaments and tendons. This technique aims to promote recovery from or help prevent soft tissue injury, and can be followed by an optional repeat treatment.
