For toboggan ride children aged 4-7 must be accompanied by an adult aged 16 or older; over 8s must ride on their own. Must wear sensible shoes; grippy shoes are recommended. No open toes. Dress appropriately for the weather. Food option includes 1 pizza and 1 portion of chips per voucher. The Alpine Lodge is situated on the first floor, no step-free access available. Valid on term time: Mon-Fri 4pm-9pm (excl Wednesdays) and Sat-Sun 10am-6pm, on school holidays: Mon-Fri 11am-9pm and Sat-Sun midday-5pm. Pizza option is valid on the weekdays only. About Swadlincote Ski Centre
Swadlincote Ski Slope and Snowboard Centre is home to a large dry ski slope for skiing and snowboarding, plus a 500-metre toboggan run. Skiers and boarders can work on their technique in lessons and individual practice, while the toboggans and sno-tubes offer alternative methods of downhill travel. Elsewhere, a bar and restaurant provide snacks and meals to enjoy between sessions.
