We have both male and female therapists for our massage sessions, however, if you require two female therapists, please inform us at the time of booking. If we are unable to accommodate your request, we will inform you before completing your booking. Please note that if you do not inform us in advance and we appoint a male and female therapist, no refund will be given and your appointment will be automatically cancelled.
- CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULE:
In terms of cancellation or rescheduling, no cancellations is permitted with this deal once booked as no refund will be give. However a 48 hours notice for rescheduling is possible. You can only reschedule once & no other opportunity to reschedule will not be allowed. If you cancel or reschedule less than the approved time frame, no refund or rescheduling will be given.
- ARRIVAL & LATENESS:
Upon arrival, we kindly request that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to complete your consultation. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically cancelled and no refund will be given.
