Whatever the occasion, this dining experience will leave you with a taste of Thailand. You can also unwind and elevate your experience with exclusive access to the bar and scenic outdoor terrace, available both before and after your meal—perfect for relaxing, socializing, or simply soaking in the vibrant atmosphere. - Your booking is for voucher redemption only. No tables are allocated in advance.
- Please check in at reception on arrival.
- Voucher valid until 31 March 2026.
- You must book by 28 February 2026. Bookings after this date won’t be accepted.
- Beaconsfield Lunch: Fri–Sun.
- Beaconsfield Dinner: Any day (last booking 6pm Fri & Sat).
- Stadhampton Lunch: Not available Tue or Sun.
- Stadhampton Dinner: Wed–Mon (last booking 6pm Fri & Sat).
- Advance booking required. Same-day redemption not allowed.
- Vouchers redeemed at booking.
- 48-hour notice needed to reschedule (one time only).
- Set menus are fixed. Vegan available. Gluten-free Thai not available.
- Two guests must dine from the same menu type.
- Non-alcoholic drink option available (no mocktails).
- Max 6 voucher guests per table.
- No dogs allowed.
- Some date restrictions apply (bank holidays, 24–26 Dec, 31 Dec, 13–16 Feb).

Validity
- Voucher valid until 31 March 2026 and must be used by this date.
- Booking must be made by 28 February 2026 to secure your spot.
- Validity depends on the selected voucher (e.g. Beaconsfield Lunch: Friday–Sunday).
Purchase
- Customers may purchase multiple vouchers.
Booking & Redemption
- Advanced booking is required and is subject to availability.
- Vouchers are redeemed at the time of booking.
- Vouchers are non-refundable.
- A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for rescheduling (rescheduling allowed once only).
- Vouchers cannot be applied to existing bookings or combined with other offers.
- Voucher number must be quoted when booking.
- Bookings must be made via the provided booking links. Any bookings made via the venue's generic website may be cancelled.
Menus & Dietary Information
- Set menus are fixed and dishes cannot be exchanged.
- Menu options include Classic, Vegetarian, and Vegan.
- Gluten-free Thai menu is not available.
- A minimum of two guests must dine from the same menu (e.g. if one guest in a group chooses vegan, at least two guests must select the vegan menu).
- We cannot cater to all dietary requirements—please contact the venue before booking.
- Non-alcoholic alternatives are available (soft drinks or juice only; no mocktails).
Restrictions
- No dogs allowed.
- Maximum of 6 voucher holders per table.
- Full voucher value must be used in one visit.
- Date restrictions apply, including but not limited to: bank holidays, all internal Crazy Bear events, 13–16 February.
- We recommend booking at least 6 weeks in advance to ensure availability.
- All bookings are subject to availability.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
- Vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
- Rescheduling requires a minimum of 48 hours' notice and is permitted once only.

- Lunch & Dinner: Wednesday–Sunday
- Lunch: Excludes Tuesday and Sunday
- Dinner: Wednesday–Monday
- Restaurant closed Monday and Tuesday
- Friday & Saturday: last booking at 6:00pm
