Bookings can be modified or cancelled up until 48 hours before the appointment. No refunds after cancellation/modification period.
- Limit: 1 per person, may buy 1 as a gift.
- Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: 48 hours notice required.
- Sunday Lunch: Valid Sundays from 12:30pm; last booking at 3:30pm.
- Spa Access: Available daily from 9:00am to 10:00pm. Towels are not provided, please bring your own. No outside food or drink allowed to be brought in.
- Afternoon Tea: Valid for standard afternoon tea. Upgrade to signature afternoon tea available, payable directly to the merchant. Valid 12-4 pm, 7 days a week.
Please be aware there are Aqua Classes and Kids Swim at the following times:
Aqua classes: Mon 12:30-13:15, Tue 18:15-19:15, Wed 12:00-12:45, Thurs 18:30-19:30, Fri 11:45-12:30
Kids Swim: 9:30am-11am daily, 15:30-17:30 weekdays, 14:30-16:00 weekends and bank holidays.
