The Paddington Bear™ Experience invites families to follow in the pawprints of the much-loved bear. Spread across 26,000 square feet, the walk-through attraction recreates key places from his stories, bringing to life Windsor Gardens, Paddington Station, and the Browns’ home through interactive settings and live character moments.

How long does the experience last? The walk-through takes around 70 minutes. Visitors move between themed spaces on foot, with limited seating along the way.
Is it suitable for children? Yes, it is designed for all ages. There are some moments with louder sound effects or flashing lights, but staff are nearby if reassurance is needed.
Can photographs be taken inside? Photography and filming are not permitted throughout most of the experience. Pictures can be taken in Windsor Gardens at the end, including a photo with Paddington.
Is the attraction accessible for wheelchair users? Yes, the attraction is wheelchair accessible. A few sections have limited participation, but adjustments have been made to allow everyone to enjoy the visit.
Can pregnant visitors take part? The attraction is a 70-minute walk-through with only a few seating opportunities. Attendance is welcomed at personal discretion.
Should children be accompanied by an adult? Yes, anyone aged 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult over 18. One adult may accompany up to five children or teens.
What should families wear? Comfortable clothing and sensible footwear are advised, as most of the time will be spent standing or walking. Clothing that could be considered offensive will not be permitted.
Is there somewhere to leave bags and coats? A cloakroom is available for a fee. Bags are not allowed inside the attraction itself.
