1 x 60 minute Salt Session
What's included: A 60-minute salt therapy session in the UK's first salt cave based on salt massifs sourced from therapeutic salt mines. We use coarse-grained salt in our rooms and conduct regular wet cleaning of the walls and floors. We do not use active halogeneretors, so pregnant women and children can safely use our facilities thanks to the absence of large sodium chloride particles.

The Real Salt Cave was designed in collaboration with specialists from Kiev.
We do not use active halogenators, as we do not need an additional aerosol of sodium chloride because our rooms already possess a similar climate to salt caves.
We use coarse-grained salt in our room, enabling us to conduct regular wet cleaning of walls and floors. This is important since sodium chloride naturally attracts many impurities from the environment. Our chambers have no time limit on their efficiency, and once installed can remain in use for hundreds of years. They can also be dismantled and moved to other locations.
We use only the most homogenous crystals with the highest NaCl composition. Our halochambers contain only halite the therapeutic and disease-prevention agent (we don’t use sylvinite as a facing material due to its heterogeneity).
Laboratory tests conducted by the European Respiratory Society showed an improvement or all participants’ health after speleotherapy sessions. The tests confirmed a decrease in respiratory symptoms and revealed improvements in the functioning of immune and endocrine systems.
Children and pregnant women can visit or salt rooms, thanks to the absence of large salt particles released by active halogenators.

Our aim is to bring a part of the salt mine to you in our central London location. Our unique salt room construction technology includes walls faced with untreated blocks of natural salt, floors combined with bulk salt or natural salt tiles and ceilings sprayed with salt.
