The Merchant

Gibson's at The Yacht London whips up British and continental cuisine on the decks of a permanently docked steam yacht. Dating back to 1927, the vessel has been refurbished to retain its old-style charm, while also catering to the needs of modern-day socialites. The restaurant serves up views to the London Eye and Southbank, while docked helpfully on the River's northern bank between Embankment and 100m from Temple.
