Sit back and enjoy a 50 minute ride on the Luxury Yacht, The Libby Rose. The cruise will take you around all the docks that surround the Royal Albert Dock Liverpool. You will ride around seven docks going under five bridges.
The ride will start from the Salthouse Dock going underneath the Salthouse Quay Bridge into the Royal Albert Dock. From here you will be able take photos with the Royal Liver Buildings in the background. You will also see Tate Gallery and all the bars and restaurants around the dock. You will see the famous Pump House pub and look across to Chavasse Park and Liverpool One.
You will travel underneath the Gower Street Bridge and into the famous Wapping Basin. You will go underneath The Royal Quay Bridge and into Wapping Dock and continuing underneath the Queen's Wharf Bridge into Queen's Dock.
You will then cruise through Coburg Dock and into Brunswick Dock where you will see the Liverpool Marina Lock and all the sailing yachts at the Liverpool Marina and back again

You will cruise in luxury around the Albert Dock in Liverpool. You will see the Albert Dock Iconic Cast Iron Columns which stand 25 feet in height. You will pass the five-storey old warehouses that are now full of businesses. The Albert Dock is now the largest single collection of Grade I listed buildings anywhere in the country and also has World Heritage Status.
Seeing the Royal Albert Dock from the water is amazing and gives a whole new perspective. You will enter this particular dock twice so plenty of time for a photo shoot with places such as the Tate Gallery and the Royal Liver Buildings as we pass them on the water.

Stop At: Royal Liver Building, Royal Liver Assurance Pier Head, Liverpool L3 1PW England
You will see The Royal Liver Building which is one of the most recognisable landmarks in the city of Liverpool with its two fabled Liver Birds which watch over the city and the sea. Legend has it that if these two birds were to fly away, the city would cease to exist. The Liver Birds are 5.5 metres,18 feet high. Their added height gives the Royal Liver Building an overall height of 103.7 metres, 340 feet. A building of skyscraper proportion, and once one of the tallest buildings in the country, the Royal Liver Building is currently the 4th tallest building in Liverpool. It was also one of the first buildings in the world to be built using reinforced concrete. You will have the opportunity to see the building from the water and to get photos with it in the background as we pass through the docks.

Stop At: Salthouse Dock, Strand Street, Liverpool L3 4SL England
You will cruise in luxury underneath the Salthouse Quay Bridge from the Royal Albert Dock and back into Salthouse Dock taking in the waterfront that fronts the Albert Dock where you can see the famous Pump House Pub and look across to Chavasse Park and Liverpool One. The Salhouse Quay is the oldest Dock in Liverpool. The Salthouse Bridge was formerly a set of Dock Gates and a Swing Bridge. It was rebuilt in 1985 by Merseyside Development Corporation as a fixed road bridge.
Look out for the inscription as you pass through which says:
'Merseyside Development Corporation Albert Salthouse Bridge Constructed 1985'.

Stop At: Gower Street, Gower St, Liverpool, UK
You will cruise underneath the Gower Street Bridge which is a former swing bridge carrying Gower Street, the main southern access to the Albert Dock complex which lies between Salthouse Dock and Wapping Basin. As you enter the Gower Street Bridge you will see the huge granite stone gable and arch entrance.

Pass By: Wapping Dock, Flat 28 North Quay Wapping Quay, Liverpool L3 4BU England
We will cruise into Wapping Basin and then under the Royal Quay Bridge and into the Wapping Basin. It is situated in the southern dock system, connected to Wapping Basin and Salthouse Dock to the north, Queen's Dock to the south. King's Dock was originally located to the west, but has since been filled in.
Wapping Dock was opened in 1852 and named after the road which it runs alongside. The large brick warehouse was built in 1856. When it was originally built, it was 232 meters in length (761 feet) and consisted of five separate sections. It was then bombed in the May Blitz of 1941 and the badly damaged southernmost section was never rebuilt, with only the supporting cast iron columns remaining in situ as a reminder.
Stop At: Queens Dock, Liverpool, UK
We cruise underneath the Queens Wharf Bridge and into The Queens Dock which is a historically important dock, it was designed by Henry Berry and opened in 1785. The dock was named in honour of Queen Charlotte, the consort of George III and it was later expanded by John Foster, Sr. At its largest, the dock consisted of a main basin and two branch docks, which were separated by a graving dock. Branch Dock Number 2 (to the north) has since been filled in and is used as a car park. The graving dock is now straddled by an apartment block and The Keel Hotel, which was formerly the HM Revenue and Customs building. The Queens Dock is still impressive even at half it's original size.

Stop At: Brunswick Dock, Liverpool, UK
As we leave Coburg Dock and enter into the Brunswick Dock, you
will pass the huge 007 Houseboat, this is where the main Boats and Yachts are moored at Liverpool Marina.
Brunswick Dock was built in 1827 and opened in 1832 when it was used for importing timber.
You will cruise past the Royal Navy Headquarters which includes the Royal Naval Reserve Shore establishment HMS Eaglet. You can clearly see the climbing wall for training in the HQ.
The lock provides access the River Mersey which is a tidal lock controlled by lock keepers in a tower by the side of the lock.
If we are lucky, on your cruise, you hopefully will see the beautiful Cormorant Birds. The Cormorant, is Liverpool's Real Liver Bird - The Liver bird is a mythical bird based on the cormorant. You can see them at the far edge of the Brunswick Dock and they dry their wings and it is at this point, you will see the similarity to the Liver Birds.

Stop At: Coburg Dock, Liverpool, UK
We will travel underneath the Mariners Wharf Bridge and into Coburg Dock. Coburg Dock was enlarged in 1858, consuming the Union Dock and then enlarged again in 1902. Formerly known as the Brunswick Basin but renamed as Coburg Dock in 1840 in honour of Prince Albert with a 70ft wide River Mersey entrance. The river entrance fell into disuse and was subsequently sealed up. The site is now home to the boats of the Marina Yacht Club with mostly barges and narrowboats on the Coburg side.

Stop At: Liverpool Cathedral, Katedra W St. James Road, Liverpool L1 7AZ England
We will be able to see the Liverpool Anglican Cathedral in all its glory as it sits perched on St James's Mount, clearly seen from the docks as we pass by. Liverpool Cathedral is Britain's biggest cathedral and the 5th largest in the world. The bell chamber has the worlds heaviest peal of bells. It has 13 bells, weighing 17 tonnes and they are surround the massive 2.9 metre (9ft 6") diameter Bourdon Bell named 'Great George' which, at 15 tonnes, is bigger than Big Ben! The cathedral is completely free to enter and is absolutely magnificent.
