• If you have not done so already, please inform the local supplier of your preferred departure time
• Please arrive 15 minutes before your trip departure time for a safety briefing and to be fitted with a life jacket. We operate in all weather conditions & provide ponchos on all trips in need - Please dress sensibly according to the weather on the day of your trip.

• If you use a wheelchair you may travel with us providing you can get into and out of the vessel either unaccompanied or with the assistance of your helper.
