About Purnell's

Founded in 2012 by chef Glynn Purnell, Purnell’s Bistro and Ginger’s Bar is located in Birmingham's business district, just around the corner from the Michelin-starred restaurant, Purnell’s. The restaurant boasts a modern décor, combined with soft mood lighting aiming at creating a warm, but vibrant atmosphere. Their menu includes an array of dishes, prepared with carefully selected ingredients, paired with a selection of cocktails and wines.
