Run by fitness instructors and ex-Royal Marine personnel, Essex Boot Camp lunged, crawled, and sprinted its way to being named Essex Business Excellence Award winners of 2011. Training wide and varying clientele, over 500 heart-pumping boot camp sessions are held every month, with new locations often popping up all over the UK.
