It is set back from the front of the marina but is a nice venue . The food was average to good . Some light music in the background would be good

The food was poor quality even purchases off the Groupon voucher The starter of mussels seemed to have a back taste of Maggie beef stock The mushroom in garlic look as though they had been cooked days ago I was charged £1.00 for bread to go with a starter of a few mussels costing nearly £6.00 The pizza was small and lacked orinality and taste The peroni beer was good 😊 Service charge was added to the whole invoice albeit the waiter had an element of disdain for his customers he didn't present as friendly. He also tried to clear our table when my daughter was still eating , perhaps he wanted to have an early night at 8pm as we were the only customers

Absolutely grim from start to finish. I was unable to contact the business initially as the number seemed disconnected and on visiting the premises, it seemed empty. I left it a couple of weeks and managed to phone the restaurant. The premises is now called Toscana. On entering, not impressed. Very dated and tired decor throughout. Even though it was a Saturday night, the place was dead, despite a great location. Given a very basic menu for the Groupon deal, with 2 items crossed off. Not offered the option of starters and had to ask for a drink- which were both flat, no ice or lemon. Food was ok, small portions. My boyfriend still hungry afterwards. Offered dessert menu but couldn't get out of there quick enough. Charged service charge based on full menu prices. No one in restaurant to say goodbye on leaving. Terrible service and definitely will not be returning.

Service was unbelievably slow, especially considering we were the only table being used in restaurant - 45 minutes to serve pizza and pasta. Slapped service charge on meal as if we had paid the full amount. 3 of the meals on the restricted Groupon menu were unavailable.
