Very disappointing and unprofessional experience I bought a Groupon voucher for IPL hair removal. I wanted a bikini treatment, but as I’ve previously had laser, I didn’t need half of the large area. I asked if that unused portion could be swapped for a small area instead. This was flatly refused, and I was told I’d need to buy an additional voucher. Zero flexibility or customer focus. On arrival, things went downhill further. The aesthetician didn’t know what treatment I was booked in for. She also didn’t know how to use the laser machine (Soprano) and had to call the owner, who instructed her over the phone on the settings — not exactly reassuring when laser or IPL are involved. There was no consultation, no health and safety form, and no patch test, which is basic and essential practice for laser or ipl treatments. Overall, the experience felt rushed, unsafe, and poorly managed. I would not recommend this clinic, especially for anyone expecting professional standards or proper duty of care.
