Bought tickets for 4 kids only to receive vouchers confirming booking then on arrival told only 2 kids could go in unless we paid again. Apparently its happened to several people who have booked multiple tickets for larger families. As they wouldnt accept the other one as not showing on their system and said nothing they can do as they dont deal with group on vouchers. Absolutely a nightmare ended up costing us as two of the children we had are autistic and they were expecting going in. Wouldnt return

Went mid week, place was empty but that wasn’t a bad thing as appreciate kids are at school. Friendly greeting, nice coffee shop while the kids jumped. Definitely kept them entertained. The only negative, the building is freezing cold, definitely need some hot air facilities, not just for customers but for their staff too, they must be freezing bless them. Still, definitely worth a visit.
