The River & Rail has served British cuisine amid the Hampton Loade greenery for over 40 years. The pub is situated at the bottom of the Severn Valley and on the verges of the river itself, located well within reach of local attractions such as country estate Dudmaston Hall, the water powered Hampton Loade Ferry and the region’s National Trust walks. The business is run by the same team as The Crooked House in Wolverhampton, and similarly values locally sourced, seasonal ingredients. The Haywain Restaurant prepares roasts, hot pots and fresh fish caught on the south and south west coast. The R&R Bar and Terrace serves traditional pub favourites and afternoon tea. Fare is complemented by speciality hot drinks, real ales and international beers, wines and spirits. Meals and refreshments can be enjoyed amid the classically styled interior, at a garden table or at terrace seating.
