About Thornton Abbey Maize Maze

From late July to September, visitors to the Thornton Abbey, a well-known medieval site in North Lincolnshire, have a chance to engage in a maze craze. Each year the abbey's gardeners plant maize throughout the property and then cut a giant maze out of the crops. Guests can get lost in the maze, solve the puzzles prepared by the organisers and enjoy refreshments available on site. Electric tractors are also available for children's rides.
