The studio runs yoga and pilates classes for all levels, from beginner to advanced, and caters for both men and women. Students can develop relaxation techniques, including breath awareness, and learn the physical methods of yoga in the Hatha classes. There are two levels in the Air-Yoga classes; level one is for beginners and level two is general. Pregnancy Yoga is available for women 12 weeks pregnant and upwards, regardless of age, body type or experience level. The main aim of pregnancy yoga is to develop breathing techniques, and also to relieve pregnancy pains like heartburn and sciatica. Pilates classes, run from Monday to Friday, can develop many areas of the body in order to give students a stronger back and flatter stomach as well as improving posture and overall flexibility. Although it is advised that students book into one of the yoga or pilates classes, people can feel free to drop in any time they like to test the water. Air-Yoga Studio does not have a specific dress code and simply advise clients to wear something they feel comfortable in, that gives them the flexibility they need. This London based studio is located conveniently near the South Woodford tube station and is available to rent for anyone wishing to hold workshops, rehearsals or castings.
