Super Friendly, understanding and a no bs owner/practitioner, she was straight to the point and helpful.. only thing about my experience that could be improved perhaps was the signage to the clinic at the door and the person greeting clients… when i went; there was a young girl just talking on her device and i was ringing the bell for good while till i interrupted her conversation to check if she knew, then she said oh yhh sit here :/ she’s young n may’ve been tired so 5 stars still but just for the purpose of feedback

By far the best treatment I have had in London and beyond of Lemon Bottle. When you put your trust in someone for body treatments, you expect the best. Well, Isabella at Glam Aesthetics Group in Knightbridge is the BEST. Not only did she use the best on the market numbing cream, she massaged the area after for the best result. I had no pain, and went right back to work, easily. I cannot say enough about this boutique MedSpa centrally located, right near Harrods and so easy to get to via Tube or Bus.
