I’ve really enjoyed coming to this Pilates HQ studio in Angel. The instructors are all excellent, and the classes are always well run. I already have a favorite instructor, Louise—she’s fantastic! Her sessions are challenging yet accessible, and I can really feel the difference in my body after each class. Highly recommend!

Today was the first day I tried Reformer Pilates. I am grateful for how accommodating and pleasant the staff and teachers were. I fell in love with Pilates right away.

This really is such an amazing class. It was my first time doing Pilates and the instructor was so welcoming and the session was great. Even the guy at reception was so friendly. I would absolutely recommend them and I’m sure I’ll keep going even after my Groupon has finished. This is the best work out I’ve done in a very long time. I feel great!
