If you enter into a deal, then it should not be changed to the customer's detriment. i.e. hours of opening. Having booked a time we found the closing times had been changed, so very little food left. Made to feel it was our fault and we were served with left-overs. Treat the customer properly if you want them to return. Despite being made to feel unwelcome we didn't even get offered a choice of dessert.
