Established in 1987 by Ron and Judith Gillies, Cairn O'Mohr started with a bottle, a book and a stick. By 2010 the winery had its own cafe. Today, the team produce a wide range of fruit wine varieties, using everything from elderflowers and apples to strawberries and gooseberries. They also offer bespoke winery tours paired with tasting sessions for those eager to discover the wine making process for themselves.
