I rarely leave negative reviews because I understand that emergencies happen. However, my experience with this business was so consistently unprofessional that I feel it’s important to warn others. I purchased a voucher on Groupon on 3rd February. After the purchase, I tried contacting the studio via phone and email for two weeks with no response which in hindsight was the first red flag that I unfortunately ignored. I only received a reply on 16th February via Instagram. My consultation was scheduled for 25th February. It was initially meant to be in person, but a few days before I was told there had been an issue at the studio and it would be held virtually instead, which was completely fine. However, no details were provided about how the consultation would take place (Zoom, WhatsApp, etc.), and at the scheduled time no one contacted me. After chasing for almost an hour, I was told there had been a family emergency and eventually received a call. We discussed the design, and then once again there was no follow-up for over a week about the actual tattoo appointment. On 3rd March, after more chasing via phone, email and Instagram, my tattoo appointment was finally confirmed for 10th March. On the day, I travelled from Beckton to Croydon, which took over an hour each way. After already travelling for over an hour, and 15 minutes before the appointment, I received voice notes from a lady saying things like “I wouldn’t probably go down there” because the appointment needed to be cancelled due to another emergency and the tattoo artist wouldn’t be there in time. Since it had been almost impossible to reach the merchant beforehand, this last-minute communication was incredibly frustrating - especially as the tone of the messages came across as passively aggressive, almost implying it was somehow my fault for travelling to the appointment and that I wasn’t being understanding of the situation. I absolutely understand that emergencies happen, including last-minute ones. However, being told that this “couldn’t have been foreseen” is difficult to accept when very similar issues had already happened with my previous appointments and communication attempts. At a certain point this stops being bad luck and simply becomes extremely poor organisation and a lack of respect for clients’ time. If someone is clearly not in a position to honour appointments, they simply shouldn’t be booking them. My advice to others: pay attention to early communication red flags and don’t ignore them like I did, as you may end up wasting significant time and travel costs. Given the number of similar reviews, Groupon should seriously reconsider partnering with this business, as experiences like this inevitably reflect poorly on their platform.

Had a tattoo booked at 10am but had to wait until 2pm.Id travelled further due to moving.I think they were hoping id give up! waited in the tesco opposite.Tattoo okay.

Don´t buy this groupon. Call before trojan ink, is just a few more bucks but it´s not scam. THIS ONE IS SCAM!! this guy is crazy, worst person ever. Just because it´s on groupon he believes he can disrespect people and he just wants to take the 30 pounds without doing nothing. WATCH OUT pLEASE!!

I had my tattoo done by Terri today and he was very friendly I felt comfortable and calm, I love my tattoo it was just what I wanted, all went smoothly and I'll be back, thankyou for my tattoo. Joy 😊
