The team at San Fairie Ann serve up a range of meals inspired by a fusion of French, British and Asian cuisines. Highlights include seafood dishes such as lobster and sole, as well as a range of steaks and vegetarian options. With separate menus for lunch, afternoon tea, finger buffet, banquet and an array of other whims and occasions, the head chef Raoul Speakman draws on his international experience in Michelin-awarded restaurants. The restaurant sports a dining hall made cosy with all sorts of decorations, from sophisticated vintage-inspired furniture and ornate carpets to paintings, chandeliers and bric-a-brac.
