Built in the middle of the First World War, Miller Howe Restaurant and Hotel is located within walking distance from the Windermere and Cumbria’s Lake District National Park. The surrounding picturesque neighbourhood and balconies in every room ensure that guests of the hotel can enjoy the scenic views at all times of the day. The on-site restaurant is also offering access to these panoramas with tables in high-windowed alcoves or a half-covered terrace with outside seating available as well. The hotel boasts restored features and furniture pieces from the turn of the century, giving an out-of-time feeling to the venue. Patrons can enjoy pearls of modern British cuisine available from the menu of the two AA Rosettes winning restaurant and sip on a glass of wine from a carefully moderated list.
