Lovely afternoon tea. Very polite, helpful and smiley staff. We sat in the bar and it was cozy and relaxed.

The bird of prey display was the best I have seen. I would like to take my grandson but it won't let me buy any more.

Although this seemed like a bargain and the staff were friendly and very helpful. The actual Afternoon Tea wasn't great. The sandwiches were lovely, with 3 different varieties. However the on the children's version, instead of doing them 3 various fillings, they only got ham. My children would of preferred a choice, nothing fancy, just cucumber or jam sandwiches maybe! The cakes weren't great either, just a small rectangle of sponge, a bit of flapjack and a tiny lemon tart. I think this could be improved, and if I had of been paying full price I would of complained!

We had a lovely afternoon but we thought the selection of cakes were a bit small after all afternoon tea is all about the cakes, it was a special birthday treat for my friend I was a bit disappointed
