Foodies Festival Brighton
One of the UK’s biggest celebrations of food and drink comes to Brighton with a taste-bud-tickling feast this spring. Watch Michelin star and top chefs cooking live during numerous demonstrations and enjoy Champagne, wine, beer and cocktail masterclasses. While the artisan market showcases over 100 producers to shop and sample from, the street food zone invites guests to feast on flavours from around the world. Guests can get inspiration for delicious summer bakes and chocolate showstoppers from Great British Bake Off contestants and chocolatiers, or try signature dishes from a selection of top-end restaurants. Little foodies can learn how to cook in the Kids Cookery School, or let off steam among a giant Jenga tower, a bouncy castle, trampolines and hula hoops. Meanwhile, adults can relax in the Vintage Tea Tent or, if they hold a VIP ticket, take part in a range of exclusive masterclasses.
