Whether aiming to create a treat for a special occasion or just wanting to learn a new skill, a choice of chocolate making workshops gives participants a chance to get fun and creative with confectionery. A chocolatier will give a demonstration on the chocolate making process before groups get their hands dirty. Handmade chocolates that can be made may include a personalised giant chocolate button, dark chocolate truffles, and milk chocolate fudge, and creations can be decorated with strawberry curls, coconut, white chocolate flakes and cocoa powder.  

Those wishing to add a little bit more flavour to their session can opt for the luxury workshop which, as well as making chocolate from organic ingredients, also includes bubbly, wine tasting and a cocktail making session. Guests can watch Master chocolatiers prepare gooey American style chocolate fudge then shape, cut and decorate the fudge with toppings such as gold sugar, crystallised rose petals and caramelised hazelnuts. All chocolate made during either workshop can be taken home in a ribbon-tied bag.
