90 Day plan : everything you get in the 30 day plan. however with the 90 day plan you will get a 1 zoom call every week to make sure you are keeping track on your course. your first consultation will be for 1 hour where you will discuss all your goals habits and obstacles. you will then stay in contact with the nutritionist preferably every Friday to make sure your keeping on track with your goals etc. you will also weigh in on the Friday also.
