Sitting down to a two-course meal at Sackville Lounge, patrons can select a starter such as marinated butterfly prawns, soup of the day or breaded mozzarella sticks. For the main course, diners can tuck into battered haddock with chunky chips, mushy peas and tartare sauce; beefburger with chunky chips and relish; or vegetarian curry with rice, naan and mint yoghurt. The Merchant
Sackville Lounge is situated in the heart of Manchester’s Gay Village. The kitchen prepares slap-up classics such as steaks, pizza and pies as well as Sunday roasts and sharing platters. The bar serves cocktails and international beers, wines and spirits.
The contemporary interior features a spiral staircase, exposed brickwork and dark wooden furnishings. The venue regularly plays host to live piano music, cabaret and seasonally themed events, and can be hired for catered parties.
