Confusion over a second groupon - the groupon website states you can purchase it up to 4 times, but on arrival I was told I wasn't allowed to use the voucher as you can only use it once! Noone informed me of this when I called up to book the appointment.
We agreed I would pay the difference for the wax but I think allowing you to buy up 4 vouchers but then not allowing you to use more than 1 is very misleading

The staff at Singhar Westend were so welcoming & friendly.
The salon is very clean and spacious .
My beautician Shilpa really looked after me and I will be visiting again.

They were great!booking the appointment and checking in was smooth. The was experience was speedy, painless ( given the circumstances) and their person doing my service was professional and personable and made the experience less awkward. She was excellent! The facilities were a bit rundown with water leaks and missing ceiling tiles, but that really didn’t impact the quality of their work.

Very bad results. Didn’t stop when asked. Made me bleed. Said some hair was too short apparently, even on the ‘long ones’ prickly.
