• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, or on the same day, will result in the appointment being forfeited.
• For multi-session packages (e.g. 3× Polynucleotide treatments), a late cancellation will count as one session used. For example, cancelling late on a 3-session package will leave two remaining sessions.
• After making a booking on the website, customers should allow up to 72 hours for appointment confirmation and communication.
• Bookings may take up to 2 hours to appear on the clinic system. Do not attend the clinic unless confirmation has been received, as the full address will not be provided otherwise.
• Completion of the medical consultation form is compulsory prior to treatment. Appointments cannot proceed without a completed form.
• No additional guests are permitted unless prior notice and approval have been given.
• Please note that CCTV is in operation within the home clinic for safety and security purposes. Patients are encouraged to seek independent medical advice before embarking on invasive surgery. Limit 1 per person(s), may buy 1 additional as gift(s). Consultation required; full refund if found unsuitable.
