  • Booking: Customers may buy multiple vouchers.
    Vouchers must be purchased at least 24 hours before use at either venue.
    To make a reservation, please use the appropriate link:

    Your reservation can be moved once with a 48-hour notice.

  • Purchase: Maximum 1 voucher per booking.

  • Validity: Valid until the 30th of November 2025. Must book by 31/10/2025. Valid for two adults (18+) Valid Sunday-Friday, with last use at 6pm on a Friday. Valid at Stadhampton only.

  • Redemption: When booking your slot you must use the link here. Bookings are subject to availability date/time restrictions may apply; non-refundable; vouchers redeemed at booking - Voucher code must be quoted when booking. Full voucher value must be used in one visit. Maximum 6 guests with vouchers per table.

  • Restrictions: Booking in advance is essential, redemption on the day is not allowed. Cannot be used with any other offers or vouchers. No dogs allowed. 48-hour notice for rescheduling (once only); cannot apply to existing bookings or combine with other offers. Full voucher value used in one visit. 15% discretionary service charge on food/drinks bill; please note Crazy Bear are a cashless business. Set menu dishes non-exchangeable, we cannot cater to all dietaries so please contact the venue before booking the voucher. Champagne is subject to change.

  • Additional Information: For Food: The experience is available Tuesday to Friday for lunch and dinner, with the last table on Friday booked at 6pm. Some date restrictions apply including by not limited bank holidays and all internal Crazy Bear Events. We recommend you book at least 6 weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
