- Please check in at reception on arrival.

- You must book by 28 February 2026. Bookings after this date won’t be accepted.
- Beaconsfield Lunch: Fri–Sun.
- Beaconsfield Dinner: Any day (last booking 6pm Fri & Sat).
- Stadhampton Lunch: Not available Tue or Sun.
- Stadhampton Dinner: Wed–Mon (last booking 6pm Fri & Sat).
- Advance booking required. Same-day redemption not allowed.
- Vouchers redeemed at booking.
- 48-hour notice needed to reschedule (one time only).
- Set menus are fixed. Vegan available. Gluten-free Thai not available.
- Two guests must dine from the same menu type.
- Non-alcoholic drink option available (no mocktails).
- Max 6 voucher guests per table.
- No dogs allowed.

- Purchase: Customer may buy multiple vouchers.
- Booking: Advanced booking required; subject to availability; non-refundable; vouchers redeemed at booking 48-hour notice for rescheduling (once only); cannot apply to existing bookings or combine with other offers/.
- Additional Info: Voucher number must be quoted when booking. Bookings must go through provided links, any vouchers booked through our generic website are subject to cancellation. Set menus are fixed, vegetarian or classic options: Vegan is available. Gluten free Thai Menu NOT AVAILABLE (minimum of 2 guests to dine from same menu e.g if one guest out of 6 is vegan, 2 people would need to dine from the vegan meal.) Non-alcoholic alternative available (soft drink, or juice – no mocktails.).

- Rescheduling & Cancellation: Vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for other products or cash. A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for rescheduling, which can only be done once. Stadhampton Lunch: Excludes Tuesday & Sunday. Stadhampton Dinner: Wednesday – Monday last booking at 6pm on Friday and Saturday.
