About This Deal
With so much competing information out there, It’s easy to be confused and overwhelmed about what really is a healthy and balanced diet.
Just fill out a food diary (over 4 – 6 days) and send it to me. In just one 55-minute session, I will go through it with you and show you how to easily tweak what you are doing, to maximize the essential nutrients in your meals. I will also teach you how to snack in a healthy and beneficial way too. A follow-up email is then sent containing practical, easy-to-follow advice based on what is right for you.
If you book for the extended version, the second session will be a check-in to see how you are doing, what you’ve managed to change and what you have struggled with. I keep you on track with further help and advice to keep the momentum going.

Hello my name is Katie, and I’m a fully accredited Family Naturopath. I use a mix of hands on therapies including reflexology as well as nutrition, essential oils and lifestyle advice as part of my Naturopathic ‘tool box’. Simply put, I acknowledge all of you, not just your symptoms, taking into account lifestyle factors such as diet, posture, work-life balance, medication and exercise. And by getting to the root of the cause we help re-establish balance and health.
