Myofascial Release Massage
This massage works on the connective tissue (deeper layers). Myofascial is like a network of tissues that connects muscles, joints, and bones, as well as providing the support your organs need to be held in place. Please know that this is not a gentle massage but is a very hands-on for a pain management. During myofascial massage, the therapist will apply pressure to release the deep seated tension and improve restricted movement. This massage addresses the issues trigging chronic pain. The treatment is about focusing on relieving pain in the thick connective tissues that support your muscles, known as myofascial tissue. Having regular session can improve the body’s natural recovery process, lessen the soreness in the tired muscles and improves high levels of relaxation.
Pain Relief Massage
This type of massage is best suited for people who are in chronic pain, due to any past or recent injuries or a specific issue or condition. By focusing on the points triggering the pain can be reduced. This work is carried out on the whole body, but your therapist may focus on areas that need extra attention. Pulsing or rhythmic pressure is applied using different maneuvers that are gentle and relaxing combined with stronger, deeper pressure. As result it will have a great impact on releasing muscular tension, relaxing nervous system, stimulating circulatory & lymphatic systems. This session can be carried out with lightweight clothing or be fully or partially undressed.
Reflexology Fusion Massage
This type of Reflexology techniques stimulate intricate neural pathways to help and support the optimal functioning of the body. The expert will use the advanced techniques and specific acupressure points to the feet and may include hands if necessary. This massage will have a direct impact on stimulating and detoxing the internal organs. This is a good way to begin for people who are looking to relax and restore their natural innate energy levels. It’s considered to be a natural start if one isn’t comfortable with full body massage. You are advised to wear loose and, comfortable clothing
