Once booking has been confirmed no changes or cancellations can be made without a fee. Date changes can be made up to 7 days before the event is due to take place, subject to a £25 administration fee, after this period we can only change the name of the participant. If there are less than 7 days remaining no changes are allowed, unless cancellation cover has been purchased. This is available for £10 and must be purchased when a date is confirmed. Present printed Groupon voucher on arrival. 7-day cancellation policy. Must be able to sit in a car without booster seat, must be at least 1.42 metres tall. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult. Equipment provided. New customers only. Accidental Damage Indemnity can be purchased for £10, payable directly to the merchant during booking or on the day. Customers are advised to give at least 8-week advance notice. Must sign waiver. Subject to suitable weather. Not suitable for customers who suffer from back problems or heart conditions. All participants must hold a valid UK driving licence, with the exception of passenger rides or the under 17s off-road. Drivers must bring driving licence photo card on the day. Old style paper licences are still accepted with an additional form of photo ID, e.g. passport. All cars are manual. Valid on option purchased only. Verified using our merchant's website on 23 Apr 2016.
Payment Terms:
If the Merchant provided the Merchant Offering in line with Groupon's best practice and the Merchant has redeemed at least 30% of the Vouchers sold and not refunded, then Groupon shall remit a bonus payment to the Merchant. The bonus payment shall be 100% of the Remittance Amount that would have been due to the Merchant if the vouchers that are not redeemed and not refunded (‘Outstanding Vouchers’) had been so redeemed. Groupon shall make the bonus payment within 4 weeks of the end of the Redemption Period applicable to the Outstanding Vouchers.
The parties agree that Groupon is under no obligation to remit payments to the Merchant during the last five working days of the month. If any payment becomes due during this time period, Groupon shall remit payment to the Merchant within three working days of the beginning of the following month.
About Top Gear Track Experience
Thanks to Top Gear Track Experience you can participate in 4x4 Off Road Experience and Hot Lap with Stig or 4x4 Off Road Experience and Access to the Top Gear Studio. The Top Gear studio is available to see, where guests can see the car displays and sit in the Presenter's chairs.
