Clients begin the comprehensive health check (usually £349) with a biometric analysis which covers body composition, hydration levels, muscle mass and metabolic rate measurements. A health care professional will then conduct a 10-year risk assessment for osteoporosis, before assessing blood sugar, cholesterol and haemoglobin levels for anaemia and thyroid function. Male patients can opt for a prostate-specific antigen test. After discussing the results, customers will receive a tailor-made 12-month lifestyle assessment and action plan designed to improve their health and help maintain quality of life. A mini health screen (£149) is also available for assessing patients’ basic health including cholesterol levels, blood pressure and body measurements as well as providing a nutritional assessment.
