One Month Of Sessions, One Martial Arts Class Per Week; must be aged 5-12
Once a week session per child.
Boxing sharpens kids’ problem-solving skills and teaches them about health and fitness.
Mondays and Fridays, 4:30pm.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu provides a fun and demanding cardiovascular workout for your child.
Wednesdays, 4:30pm.
Saturdays, 9:00am.
Muay Thai/Thai boxing teaches children various key skills such as punches, elbows, kicks, knees, clinches, defense, footwork, balance, guard, confidence, discipline and self-worth to help them grow and become upstanding individuals.
Tuesdays and Thursdays, 4:30pm.

About Urban Warriors Academy
Urban Warriors Academy is home to martial arts and group fitness classes. We run martial arts sessions like Brazilian jiu-jitsu, Thai boxing, boxing, MMA, women-only classes, children's self-defense classes. Our fitness classes are muscle tone, HIIT, legs bums and tums, combat conditioning. Our classes are all run by qualified fitness professionals and martial arts coaches, and we always ensure safety first!
